Job Description

● Plan and implement activities and programs which enhance overall employee engagement
● Ensure the company’s treatment of each employee is fair, respectful, and consistent
● Identify and rectify all the challenges to the employee relationship
● Evaluate and improve existing practices to introduce new perspectives
● Take regular surveys and after analyzing that information make recommendations for improvements
● Develop a strong enough relationship with managers and employees to have a strong team
● Periodically guide employees on their career paths and growth (eg.how they can further enhance their skills)

Duration: 2 Months, 3 Months and 6 months
